Labor Minister greenlights Ramadan, Eid El-Fitr grants for irregular workers

Arab Finance: Minister of Labor Mohamed Gobran approved the disbursement of Ramadan and Eid El-Fitr grants for 2025 to irregular workers registered at the ministry's database through contractors and companies.

The grants stand at EGP 364.459 million and are set to be allocated from the ministry's central account for health and social care for irregular workers.

Gobran revealed that the payment process will take place on March 27th's afternoon through the offices and outlets of Egypt Post, using the national ID card.

He noted that this move falls within the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to support irregular workers.
