Arab Finance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved publishing the disclosure form proposed by the El Nile Company for Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries’ (Nile Pharma) board to raise issued and paid-up capital, as per a statement by the FRA.

Thus, the capital will increase to EGP 300 million from EGP 101.25 million.

Nile Pharma manufactures and markets pharmaceuticals, various types of medical materials, chemical products, and cosmetics, as well as surgical threads and medical solutions.
