EGX nods to listing City Lab’s EGP 17.48M capital increase

EGX nods to listing City Lab’s EGP 17.48M capital increase

Arab Finance: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee has approved listing an increase of EGP 17.484 million for City Lab’s issued and paid-up capital, the EGX announced on May 29^th.

The EGP 17.484 million will be distributed over 174.841 million shares, equivalent to 0.273-for-1 bonus shares, at a nominal value of EGP 0.1 per share.

Eligibility in distribution to shareholders will be until a record date of May 29th.

The company's capital after the increase will be listed on the EGX's database on May 30th.
