Lotus for Agricultural Investments nods to capital increase via bonus share distribution

Arab Finance: Lotus for Agricultural Investments and Development’s ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (OGM and EGM) have greenlit raising the issued capital by EGP 49 million distributed over 490 million bonus shares at a par value of EGP 0.10 per share, a statement revealed.

Hence, the capital will be upped to EGP 105 million from EGP 56 million via the distribution of 0.875-for-1 bonus shares.
