Arab Finance: Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat has appointed Abdo Sayed Ali Hassan Elwan as the acting Chairman of Egypt Post, as per a statement.

The decision came into effect starting July 3rd.

Elwan, currently the Vice Chairman for Postal District Affairs, succeeds Sherif Farouk, who now serves as the new Minister of Supply and Internal Trade.

With 35 years of experience, Elwan has held numerous positions and contributed significantly to various sectors within the Egypt post.

Elwan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Investment, a specialized professional diploma in leadership preparation, and a Master of Business Administration.
