Arab Finance: Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources has witnessed the signing of several cooperation protocols in the mining sector during the third edition of Egypt Mining Forum, as per a statement.

A cooperation protocol was signed between the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority (EMRA), the National Company for Telecommunication Services (NCTS), and the Egyptian Maintenance Company to provide communication solutions for EMRA and its companies using the satellite Tiba.

The Egyptian Company for Mineral Resources and EK Mining Company signed a cooperation protocol to invest in the mining sector by adding value to raw mining materials through the establishment of related industries.

Also, a protocol was signed between Shalateen Mineral Resources and the Desert Research Center to leverage mutual expertise to implement Egypt’s Vision 2030 local and national development plan.

The New Valley Company for Mineral Resources and Oil Clay (Wadico) and Deyaar Engineering penned a cooperation protocol to provide project management consultations for the separation and production of kaolin ore from kaolinite sand.
