Arab Finance: Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi has inspected the work progress at the petroleum geographical area in Assiut, as per a statement.

During his visit to Assiut’s petroleum geographical area, Badawi noted that Upper Egypt governorates will benefit from ongoing infrastructure development in the area in several ways, including meeting the demand for petroleum products and securing supplies more efficiently.

This is in addition to creating job opportunities and launching community initiatives to support and serve local populations.

In a press conference at Assiut Oil Refining Company (ASORC) during his visit, Badawi referred to the ongoing dialogue with all partners, personnel, and specialists in the petroleum sector to boost the country’s petroleum production.
