EGP plummets against USD at banks on August 5th

Arab Finance: The Egyptian pound has tumbled against the US dollar at local banks’ trading on August 5^th.

The US dollar has recorded EGP 49.44 for buying and EGP 49.54 for selling in trading at the Commercial International Bank Egypt (CIB), as per the bank’s latest update .

In the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), the dollar rate stood at EGP 49.39 for buying and EGP 49.49 for selling at 11:40 am.

Likewise, the USD rate in Banque Misr reached EGP 49.39 for buying and EGP 49.49 for selling at 11:36 am.
