Arab Finance: Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) is looking forward to entering the consumer finance field through Orion Facility Management Services, two sources in the know told Asharq Business.

A new company is likely to be launched next year by Orion Facility Management Services, 90% owned by TMG’s subsidiary Arab Company for Projects and Urban Development.

TMG seeks for the anticipated company to offer installment services its first stage for all of the group’s services, including project maintenance costs, club subscriptions and services, mall shops, and hotel services and reservations, one source said.

One source noted that Orion is set to own a minority stake in the new firm, while the majority stake will be held by financial institutions.
