Raya Contact Center to launch investment arm in UK within H1 2025

Arab Finance: Raya Contact Center is planning to launch a new investment arm in the UK within the first half (H1) of 2025, Al Mal News reported, citing a source in the know.

The new arm is expected to contribute to boosting the company’s revenues in foreign currency by over 70%, the source noted.

It is worth noting that Raya Contact Center recorded a 183.51% year-on-year (YoY) surge in consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company for H1 2024.

Raya Contact Center is an Egypt-based company, operating with outsourcing services as well as a contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
