Arab Finance: The Egyptian Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation Rania Al-Mashat has witnessed the launch of a guide to successful solutions and practices for investment in the field of renewable energy, in partnership with the World Economic Forum, as per a statement.

This came on the sidelines of the 15th Clean Energy Ministerial Meeting, which took place in Brazil from September 30^th to October 4^th.

The guide comprises 100 case studies that examine the most notable policies encouraging investment in new energy projects, with four studies conducted in Egypt.

It shed light on the government’s efforts to promote investment in the renewable energy sector, Al-Mashat said.

The guide will serve as a guiding framework for policymakers, multi-lateral institutions, and private sectors leaders in the clean and renewable energy sector, she added.
