Arab Finance: Fawry has partnered with retail technology provider Congineer to connect business management systems with digital payments for merchants in Egypt, as per an emailed press release.

The collaboration, offered through Fawry Business, links Retail Pro to Fawry’s point-of-sale (POS) and payment services through Congineer's solutions. Merchants can manage sales in their operating system and accept payments using either Congineer’s or Fawry’s POS devices. Congineer is Retail Pro’s authorized partner in Egypt and also offers Odoo-powered solutions.

The companies said the integration brings sales management, POS functions, and payment processing into one system. It is designed to automate routine tasks, reduce manual errors, and provide reports covering operational and financial activity. Businesses can also use Fawry Business’ payroll portal to schedule employee payments through bank accounts, e-wallets, myfawry yellowcard, or cash vouchers.
