Arab Finance: Al-Ahly Pharos Investment Banking, a subsidiary of Al-Ahly Financial Services Group, has concluded advisory and/or arranging and underwriting services for seven securitization issuances valued at EGP 12 billion within the last 12 days in December 2023, an emailed press release showed.

The issuances were supported by EGP 19 billion differentiated portfolios in several business sectors, including leasing, mortgage, microfinance, and consumer finance.

The seven transactions were concluded for Tamweel Mortgage with a value of EGP 1.695 billion, AUR Leasing and Factoring with a value of EGP 1.79 billion, Rawasi for Urban Developments with a value of EGP 1.012 billion, GB Lease and Factoring with a value of EGP 1.645 billion, Corplease with a value of EGP 3.177 billion, Aman with a value of EGB 1.148 billion, and Contact with a value of EGP 1.381 billion.
