Arab Finance: EFG Corp-Solutions, a subsidiary of EFG Holding, has inked an agreement with Elsewedy Industrial Development, a subsidiary of Elsewedy Electric, to offer a comprehensive suite of financial solutions for clients of SOKHNA360, the integrated industrial city situated in the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE), as per an emailed press release on February 13th.

Under the terms of this alliance, EFG Corp-Solutions assumes a central role in financing projects undertaken by Elsewedy Industrial Development within the sprawling 10 million square meters of SOKHNA360.

EFG Corp-Solutions will extend various forms of financing, including direct financial leasing, sale with releasing, financial rights factoring, and support for the working capital cycle.

The scope of financing covers a diverse range of assets such as real estate, administrative and commercial premises, manufacturing facilities, production lines, transportation and packaging vehicles, and employee cars.

Moreover, the agreement encompasses the provision of credit facilities to companies and institutions operating within the SOKHNA360 project.

EFG Corp-Solutions plans to offer flexible financial leasing options with repayment terms extending up to ten years, facilitating business growth and expansion for the enterprises involved.
