Arab Finance: Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt (FAIT) reported a 27.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in business volume at the end of June 2024, hitting EGP 219.545 billion, compared to EGP 172.221 billion, the bank stated.
Total assets grew by 27.3% YoY to EGP 215.773 billion last June, versus EGP 169.482 billion in June 2023.
The number of customers’ accounts inched up 1.7% YoY to EGP 2.014 billion in June from EGP 1.981 billion in the same month a year ago.
