Arab Finance: The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources has discussed cooperation opportunities with the Fujairah Government, represented in the UAE’s companies Fujairah Oil and Gas and Brooge Energy, as per a statement.

This came during a preparatory meeting between the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi, CEO of Fujairah Oil and Gas Company Hani Abdel-Moneim, and Advisor to the Government of Fujairah Ahmed Adel.

The meeting also tackled the possibility of investing in the Egyptian petroleum sector.

For his part, Adel expressed his government’s intention to strengthen its presence in the Egyptian energy sector.
