Arab Finance: The Ministry of Agriculture announced the release of 254,000 tons of corn and soy fodders worth about $115 million during the period from May 19^th to 25^th, according to a statement on May 29th.

In coordination with the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), nearly 221,000 tons of corn and 33,000 tons of soybeans were released at a value of $80 million and $25 million, respectively.

In addition, around $10 million worth of feed additives were released from ports.

This brings total releases over the period starting October 16th, 2022 to May 25^th, 2023 to 5.2 million tons, including 3.9 tons of corn, 1.3 million tons of soybeans, and feed additives at a total value of $2.5 billion.
