Zahraa Maadi Investment sees 1.53% YoY profit increase in Q1

Arab Finance: Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development (ZMID) posted a 1.53% year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profit after tax for the first quarter (Q1) of 2023, according to the financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 30th.

Net profit after tax recorded EGP 76.230 million in Q1 2023, compared to a profit of EGP 75.079 million in Q1 2022.

Zahraa Maadi is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in real estate development, construction, contracting, urbanization, housing, and tourism, as well as other investment activities.

The listed firm is involved in the construction and development of residential and commercial buildings, as well as the purchase, sale, and reclamation of lands and properties.
