PropEzy, Ora Developers Egypt to digitize facilities management at ZED Sheikh Zayed

Arab Finance: UAE’s proptech company PropEzy, developed by Eltizam Group’s division EAST-O Holdings, has signed a landmark agreement with Ora Developers Egypt to digitize facilities management operations at ZED El Sheikh Zayed project, set for delivery in the second half (H2) of 2023, according to an emailed release on June 8th.
Under the deal, Ora Developers will team up with Eltizam Group and its entities to integrate PropEzy’s technologies into ZED El Sheikh Zayed project.
A group of Ora Developers’ experts will provide several utility management services for the project, including maintenance, safety solutions, and customer support services.
PropEzy will offer the project ready-to-activate modules for internet of things (IoT) sensors to track everything from air quality to foot traffic, along with artificial intelligence (AI) -powered plate number recognition technology to allow easy entry and exit of vehicles.
