Arab Finance: Egypt has released a total of 119,000 tons of corn and soybean fodder valued at $65 million from the country’s ports over the period from July 6th to 13th, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Al-Sayed El-Quseir stated on July 10th.
The released fodder included 70,000 tons of corn worth $25 million, 49,000 tons of soybeans worth $37 million, and feed additives worth $3 million.
This brings the total amount of fodder released from October 16th, 2022, to July 13th, 2023, to 6.5 million tons, including 4.5 million tons of corn and 2 million tons of soybeans and feed additives valued at a total of $3.4 billion.
