Banque Misr issues new USD CDs

Arab Finance: Banque Misr will start selling new three-year certificates of deposit (CDs), Al-Qimma and Elite, in US dollars, starting Wednesday, July 26th, the bank announced on July 25th.

It is noteworthy that Al Qimma Certificate is issued to Egyptians and foreigners with a minimum purchase amount of $1000 and its multiples, with an annual yield of 9%.

The CDs’ return is disbursed in advance for the three years in Egyptian pounds at an accumulative rate of 27%.

The Elite CD is also issued to Egyptians and foreigners with a minimum purchasing amount of $1000 and its multiples, with a return of 7% annually that is paid quarterly in US dollars.
