CI Capital closes EGP 255M securitized bond issuance for AUR Securitization

Arab Finance: CI Capital has successfully concluded an EGP 255 million securitized bond issuance for AUR Securitization, according to an emailed press release on November 8th.

The offering consists of two tranches; the first of which is worth EGP 168 million and carries a tenor of 6 months, whereas the second tranche is valued at EGP 87 million with a tenor of 11 months.

Both tranches received a rating of Prime 1 from Middle East Ratings and Investor Services (MERIS).

CI Capital, Aur Financial Investments, and the Arab African International Bank (AAIB) were the transaction’s financial advisors and issuance managers.

The issuance’s financial auditor was KPMG-Hazem Hassan Consulting, while Dreny and Partners Law Firm acted as the legal advisor.
