Egypt’s Israeli natural gas imports likely to resume to pre-Gaza war levels on November 16th

Arab Finance: Natural gas imports from Israel to Egypt are expected return to pre-Gaza war levels on November 16th at 650 million cubic feet per day, a government official told Asharq Business on November 14th.

The source anticipates the Israeli natural gas flows to Egypt to reach 800 million cubic feet a day later.

Egypt’s imports of Israeli natural gas currently stand at up to 450 million cubic feet daily, compared to 350 million cubic feet earlier in November and around 150 million cubic feet in late October, he added.

On November 13th, it was reported that the Israeli natural gas flows to Egypt increased to 60% in November due to eased safety concerns over the Hamas-Israel war as well as the resumption of production at a major oil field.
