El Thagher Trading sells EGP 7.7M stake in AMIII

Arab Finance: El Thagher Trading and Construction sold a 1.03% stake in Arabian Metal Industries and Industrial Investments (AMIII) for EGP 7.708 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

El Thaghr reduced its stake in AMIII to 4.13% from 5.16% after selling 769,723 shares at an average price of EGP 10.014 per share.

The Commercial International Brokerage Company executed the transaction on October 18.

Earlier this month, AMIII, formerly Arab Valves, received a supply order from the National Gas Company (Natgas) at a value of EGP 131.209 million.
