Development of US’s FDI Inflows to Egypt

The US’s foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows to Egypt have shown steady growth, rising from $1.41 billion in FY 2019/20 to $1.63 billion in FY 2020/21 before slightly declining to $1.53 billion in FY 2021/22.  

The inflows then surged to $2.304 billion in FY 2022/23 and further climbed to $3.007 billion in FY 2023/24, according to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
