US President Donald Trump imposes new tariffs on several Arab countries, according to the White House.  

The highest tariff, 41%, targets Syria, followed by 39% on Iraq, 31% on Libya, 30% on Algeria, and 28% on Tunisia.  

Egypt faces the lowest rate at 10%.
