Egypt Maintain Stable Wheat Supplies

Egypt has maintained stable wheat supplies as it targets the procurement of 4 million tons of local wheat and plans to import 4.8 million tons in fiscal year (FY) 2024/25, while current reserves are sufficient to cover 3.1 months, according to the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade.
