Rwanda’s Admaius Capital close to acquire minority stake in Egypt’s Parkville

Arab Finance: The Rwandan private equity firm Admaius Capital Partners has almost reached the final stage of acquiring a minority stake in the Egyptian pharmaceutical company Parkville, sources familiar with the matter told Al Mal News.

Founded in 2021, Admaius Capital Partners is a Rwanda-based private equity firm that invests in several sectors that focus on economic and social development in Africa, such as digital infrastructure, financial services, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), healthcare, and education.
