Arab Finance: Waha Investment Management Company has sold a 2.219% stake in Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA) for EGP 170.715 million, equivalent to an average price of EGP 13.2 per share, according to a shareholding disclosure on December 26th.
Accordingly, the company’s stake in CIRA dropped to 2.816% from 5.035% after selling 12.933 million shares.
CIRA is an Egypt-based company, operating in the investment field across diversified sectors, including education, construction and real estate, health care, information technology, and support services.
