Arab Finance: Al Tadamun Microfinance Foundation has signed a financing agreement with Al Baraka Bank Egypt (SAUD) at a value of EGP 90 million to support women-led microenterprises in Egypt, according to an emailed press release on December 25^th.

As per the signed agreement, the financing will be directed to support women owning micro businesses with enough financial resources that enable them to develop and expand their projects.

This move will help these women provide sufficient income for their families and improve their conditions of living.

The signing comes in line with the foundation’s and the bank’s strategies to back women across different fields in accordance with Egypt Vision 2030 that aims at empowering women and bolstering micro, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME).
