CIB to lift cap on credit card usage in foreign currency

Arab Finance: The Commercial International Bank (CIB) announced that the limit on foreign currency credit card usage in foreign currency will be lifted soon, Asharq Business reported, citing Chairman Hisham Ezz Al-Arab.

Earlier in the same day, the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) directed the local banks to lift limits on using credit cards in foreign currency in an attempt to foster the domestic exchange market’s stability.
