Arab Finance: The Commercial International Bank (CIB) will pay cash dividends of EGP 0.55 per share to shareholders for 2023 as of April 24th, the bank stated on March 31st.
Shareholders of record date on April 21st will be eligible to receive the dividends.
The CIB’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) recently approved raising the bank’s issued and paid-up capital to EGP 30.432 billion from EGP 30.195 billion by EGP 236.57 million distributed over 23.657 million shares at a par value of EGP 10 per share.
