Arab Finance: Vodacom Group has executed a voluntary purchase offer on 49,493 shares of Vodafone Egypt at a total value of €925,866 according to an EGX statement.
In December, the South African subsidiary of Vodafone Group had submitted an offer to acquire up to 0.05% of the company from minority shareholders while acquiring the 55% from the parent company.
On December 13th, Vodafone Group concluded the transfer of its 55% shareholding in Vodafone Egypt to its South African subsidiary Vodacom Group
