e-finance’s consolidated profits soar by 55.7% in 2022

Arab Finance: e-finance reported a 54.67% year-on-year (YoY) leap in its consolidated net profits after tax and non-controlling interests in 2022, according to the financial statements sent to the bourse on February 21st.

The firm has achieved net profits after tax and non-controlling interests amounting to EGP 803.924 million last year, up from EGP 519.738 million in 2021.

Revenues hit EGP 2.643 billion in 2022, compared to EGP 1.963 billion in 2021.

For standalone business, e-finance’s net profits after tax were EGP 496.66 million in 2022, compared to EGP 211.267 million a year earlier.

The board of directors of e-finance approved the proposal of paying cash dividends worth EGP 0.23 per share to shareholders.

The proposal is subject to the approval of the company's ordinary general meeting (OGM).
