Arab Finance: IBM has made its software portfolio available globally across 92 countries in AWS Marketplace, according to an emailed press release.
Running on Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Marketplace is a digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors (ISVs).
With the expansion going beyond Denmark, France, Germany, the UK, and the US, it will help make procurement easier for clients, facilitate purchasing, and create new efficiencies.
This will also enable clients to use their AWS committed spend for IBM software purchases.
“IBM’s global expansion with AWS Marketplace opens up innovation opportunities for our joint customers across the world,” Matt Yanchyshyn, General Manager AWS Marketplace and Partner Services at AWS, said.
"By leveraging the speed and simplified procurement capabilities of AWS Marketplace, customers can now more easily access IBM's cutting-edge solutions, enabling them to accelerate their digital transformation and drive innovation at scale,” he highlighted.
