Arab Finance: Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) has generated EGP 37.1 billion in sales from the Banan City project in Saudi Arabia during the January-May period of 2024, as per a disclosure.

TMG reported sales of EGP 122 billion in the first five months of this year, a significant increase from the EGP 45 billion recorded during the same period last year.

Since implementing its new strategy in 2017, TMGH has seen its annual sales increase tenfold.

The volume of units sold but not yet delivered has also grown, now amounting to around EGP 239 billion.

The company is also preparing to launch a new project, "South Med," in the North Coast, covering an area of 23 million square meters.
