Egypt to launch e-platform for medical tourism within 2 weeks

Arab Finance: The government is planning to launch an e-platform for medical tourism system within the coming two weeks, the Medical Tourism Advisor to Minister of Health and Population Samih Amer, told Al Arabiya Business.

The platform will allow users to make reservations at any hospital in Egypt and apply for a visa for medical treatment, Amer said, adding that the visa will be issued within 72 hours.

He added that this medical visa holders can save 25% on EgyptAir flights and get accommodation discounts as well.
