MSMEDA, El Mobadara seal EGP 160M deal to fund micro projects

Arab Finance: The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) has signed an EGP 160 million contract with the community development association El Mobadara to fund micro projects, as per a statement.

The funding will be directed toward micro projects across 18 villages in Kafr El-Sheikh, Minya, and Aswan, Director Micro Finance Central Sector at Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Agency Nevine Badr El-Din said.

This project aims to create more job opportunities, focusing on supporting women, the youth, and marginalized areas, El Mobadara’s CEO Zeinab Mohamed noted.

The funding covers existing or new projects across all sectors, with up to EGP 240,000 financing per project based on the financing needs, she added.
