EGX nods to listing A.T. Lease’s EGP 121.34M capital hike

Arab Finance: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee has approved listing a capital increase of EGP 121.345 million for Al Tawfeek Leasing Company (A.T. Lease), as per a disclosure.
The capital increase is distributed over 48.538 million shares at a par value of EGP 2.50 per share.
Accordingly, the company’s issued capital shall increase to EGP 558.674 million from EGP 437.329 million.
Subscription into the rights issue is eligible for shareholders and those who purchased the stock until the trading session on June 12th.
The rights issue will be open for subscriptions from June 24th to July 21st.
