Arab Finance: Misr Italia Properties is planning to invest EGP 15 billion within six years to add 982 hotel rooms and set up a hospitality unit in the North Coast, the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, and Ain Sokhna, CEO Mohamed El-Assal told Asharq Business.

The company is also considering collaboration with international hotel management companies, El-Assal said.

He added that firm is also targeting EGP 8 billion worth of investments this year and sales of EGP 26 billion by the year-end, including EGP 10 billion in the North Coast.
