Urbnlanes Developments, Moharram Bakhoum – ACE cooperate on Levels Business Towers in NAC

This partnership will back Urbnlanes Developments’ capacity to deliver innovative real estate projects that meet customer needs and keep high standards of quality.
It will also bolster Urbnlanes Developments’ position as a leading real estate development firm in Egypt by strengthening Moharram Bakhoum’s expertise in construction consultancy.
It is worth noting that Urbnlanes Developments has completed the excavation works and started pouring concrete for the Levels Business Tower project.
The tower is set to feature places commercial, administrative, and hospitality facilities. This includes the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which will open in 2028.
The hotel will feature 110 rooms and will be run by IHG Hotels & Resorts group.
