Arab Finance: Madinet Masr has launched its latest project, Esse Residence, in Sarai New Cairo, with a total investment of EGP 10 billion, as per a press release.

The real estate developer targets generating EGP 18.2 billion in revenues from this new project.

Esse Residence is set to be established on an area of 400,000 square meters, comprising 1,804 residential units.

The project is slated to be completed within four years.

On July 22^nd, Madinet Masr signed a contract with MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development to develop an integrated residential project under the revenue-sharing system in the fourth phase of Al Amal Axis in Mostakbal City.
