Acumen Securities seeks to get Robo-Advisor license from FRA

Arab Finance: Acumen Securities Brokerage is planning to obtain a Robo-Advisor license from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) before the end of 2024, the company’s Managing Director Rania ElGendy told Al Borsa News.

The company also aims to get the licenses needed to offer all the services to its clients, as it seeks to obtain bond trading and carbon trading licenses, El Gendy said.

On May 27th, the FRA issued controls regulating the operation of the Robo-Advisor for Investment program.

The program allows securities portfolio management companies licensed by the FRA to offer automated financial advisory services regarding investment in securities listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
