A Capital Holding achieves EGP 53.864M consolidated profits in H1 2024

Arab Finance: A Capital Holding recorded consolidated net profits attributable to the parent company amounting to EGP 53.864 million in the first half (H1) of 2024, compared to EGP 38.515 million since its inception on January 18th, 2023, until June 30^th, 2023, according to the company’s financial statement on August 6th.

Consolidated revenues stood at EGP 410.605 million in H1 2024, up from EGP 283.085 million during the period from January 18^thto June 30^th last year.

Meanwhile, the company’s standalone net profits hit EGP 1.530 million, versus net losses of EGP 2.930 million.

No standalone revenues were reported since inception.

A Capital Holding is a firm demerged from Amer Group Holding (AMER).
