Contact Insurance Brokerage launches new app to facilitate insurance policy management

Arab Finance: Contact Insurance Brokerage, a subsidiary of Contact Financial Holding, has launched a new mobile app to enhance customer experience via a comprehensive suite of digital services, as per an emailed press release.

This app aims to meet customer needs and facilitate the management of insurance policies, claims processing, and direct communication with the company.

It allows customers to view their active and expired insurance policies using their national ID number, enabling them to download a copy of the policy directly via the app.

Moreover, it offers a car claim tracking system, facilitating the submission of new claims, and provides access to a comprehensive history of previous claims.

The app also provides a direct medical consultation service and the option to contact an insurance broker via WhatsApp during official working hours,

In addition, customers can renew their policies via the app to ensure continuous coverage, as well as apply for new insurance policies.
