Arab Finance: The 36th edition of the Sahara International Agricultural Exhibition and Conference, known as "Sahara Expo 2024," will take place from September 15^th to 17^th at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo, according to an emailed press release.

 The event, which is the largest agricultural exhibition in Africa and the Middle East, will be held under the patronage of the Egyptian Cabinet and the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation.

"For over three decades, the Sahara Exhibition has played a pivotal role in boosting Egypt's agricultural sector and fostering cross-border trade relations," Rania Salah El-Din, Manager of the Sahara Exhibition, highlighted.

This year's theme, "Harvesting Innovation for a Better Tomorrow," aims to showcase the entire agricultural cycle, with a special focus on cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence and precision agriculture.

The exhibition will feature over 250 exhibitors from countries including China, France, Spain, the Netherlands, India, and Türkiye.

Notable companies like Kafr El Zayat for Pesticides and Chemicals, Evergrow Group for Specialty Fertilizers, and the Agricultural Bank of Egypt will be present.

More than 17,000 visitors from across Africa and the Middle East are expected to attend, offering Egyptian companies opportunities to access global markets.

Sahara Expo 2024 will also include several networking and educational programs, such as the Business Matching Program and Buyers Mission, which will connect buyers and sellers from around the world.

The Sahara Conference, part of the event, will bring together industry experts to discuss the latest agricultural challenges and opportunities. Additionally, the Food Security Seminar, in partnership with the Arab Health and Development Organization (AHDO), will focus on innovations in food security.

Organized by Informa Markets, a global leader in exhibition organization, Sahara Expo 2024 promises to be a landmark event, bringing together local and international expertise to support the development of the agricultural sector.
