Arab Finance: Cityscape Egypt is launching the inaugural Egypt Proptech Challenge to empower real estate startups in the MENA region, as per an emailed press release.

This groundbreaking competition, supported by PROPTEX, aims to drive digital transformation in the real estate industry.

The event will take place during Cityscape Talks on September 25, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo.

As Egypt’s first-ever Proptech Challenge, the competition will spotlight innovative startups with the potential to reshape the real estate landscape.

Startups will pitch their ideas to a distinguished audience of investors, experts, and entrepreneurs.

The first-place winner will receive a free startup pod at the 2025 Cityscape Egypt event. The second and third-place winners will be interviewed by Cityscape Intelligence, gaining increased visibility in the industry.

A panel of esteemed judges will include CEO and President of Madinet Masr Abdallah Salam, Group Chairman and CEO of Mobica Mohamed Farouk, Venture Investments Manager at DAR Ventures Zeina Mandour, and Chief Investment Officer at Flat6Labs Dina El-Shenoufy.

The event will also feature a panel discussion on "Future-Proofing Real Estate," exploring innovations, technology, and venture investments in the sector.
