Arab Finance: Egyptian Minister of Electricity Mahmoud Esmat has probed with the Greek Minister of Environment and Energy Theodoros Skylakakis boosting cooperation in the sectors of electricity and renewables, as per a statement.

Both ministers also discussed potential collaboration in the fields of green hydrogen, technological innovation, and expertise exchange.

Moreover, they reviewed updates on the Egypt-Greece electrical interconnection project and mulled over maximizing the project’s revenues in the sectors of industry, development, and sustainability.

The meeting also tackled joint frameworks to expedite the implementation of the project.
