Eastern Company renews cooperation agreement with JTI for 3 years

Arab Finance: Eastern Company has renewed its manufacturing and joint cooperation agreement with Japan Tobacco International (JTI) for the next three years, as per a disclosure.

This renewal is effective immediately, following the signing ceremony that confirmed the contract terms between the two parties.

During the ceremony, the CEO of Eastern Company emphasized the firm’s goal to reach pre-economic challenge sales figures, targeting the production of 70 billion cigarettes, contingent upon the availability of raw materials and appropriate production conditions.

To support these objectives, Eastern Company is also focused on securing the necessary letters of credit for raw materials, ensuring they can meet production demands and build adequate stock for the upcoming years.
