Arab Finance: The recent fuel price increases imposed by the Egyptian government will not be reflected on the price of subsidized bread, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Sherif Farouk stated.
Farouk affirmed that citizens would continue to receive subsidized bread at EGP 0.20 per loaf, with the government continuing to cover the production spread.
On October 18th, the government announced an increase in the prices of several petroleum products.
